Corporation of the Sons of the Clergy
Founded 1655. Incorporated by royal Charter 1678. For helping clergy of the Anglican Communion in the UK, Eire and Anglican missionaries abroad providing they are sponsored by a UK based missionary society. The Corporation can also help widows and widowers of such clergy, their separated or divorced wives, and the dependent children of any of the above. Help can also be given to unmarried daughters of pensionable age. Grants are not made for holidays or the purchase or running of cars. Ordinands may be eligible for a book grant.
