SRI runs 48 hour residential consultations on an inter-diocesan basis. These are of high quality.
They include
Þ Consultations - for Rural Deans new to the post
Þ First Responsibility Consultation - for clergy six months or more into their first post after their title curacy
Þ Preparing for Retirement - for clergy and spouses up to five years away from their retirement
Þ New Posts - for clergy six months or more into any new post
Þ Training Incumbents - those new to the role and those wanting a refresher
These consultations run for 48 hours (lunchtime to lunchtime) and are held at various venues in the region.
