The eleventh St Mary’s Alverstoke Christmas Tree Festival will take place in St Mary’s Church starting at 6:15pm on Thursday 5th December and finishing at 6pm on Sunday 8th December.

The Festival opens on 5th December with carols led by the Lowry Girls’ Choir and the lighting of the trees by the Mayor of Gosport.

Last year a total of 782 performers provided a wide variety of Christmas music in support of the Festival. This year we are again looking forward to a diverse musical programme including some performances on Friday afternoon from 3pm. The Parish Centre will be open from 3pm on the Friday afternoon and over the weekend where you can enjoy tea and homemade cakes during your visit.

As last year the CTF admission price will be £3 for adults with accompanied children under 16 free.

The aim of the Festival is to bring our community together in celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ. It is organised and run by the community for the benefit and enjoyment of all. So please come along and bring your family, friends and visitors. Young children and old alike absolutely love it!

All monies raised are in support of St Mary’s funds.
