Leading change in the church as a lay person
A training morning for Readers and Licensed Pioneers, and churchwardens

During this morning we will be exploring the role of a lay church leader, especially those working in a multi-parish benefice in which they have a significant role in one of the churches, or those leading in a vacancy. This morning will explore how to do local lay leadership well: ways to understand and change church culture, and how to address vision and strategy.
