    This role is about being a Good Neighbours Network Support Adviser with particular responsibility for Digital development. The person appointed needs to be able to respond appropriately and proactively to telephone, email and other enquiries from groups in our Good Neighbours Network (GNN) across Hampshire, in a positive and friendly way, answering directly where possible, and working with other staff as appropriate. They will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the GNN website, the GNN e-learning portal, the Salesforce CRM (database), the cloud-based task management software, and the on-line DBS checks service. They will be responsible for the professional content of the Network’s social media accounts. Experience in safeguarding will be very useful. They will support and sometimes run resource cafés, training events, the annual event (when these are possible) and other GNN meetings as well as help to set up new groups. They will be a confident champion for the digital development of the GN groups and offer support and advice when needed in this area. This work is mainly office based and is necessarily becoming more about handling issues remotely rather than in person.
