Gap year programme

The Discovery Gap Year is unique because it encompasses the breadth of ministry in the Church of England, allowing participants to embrace the diversity of the church and seeks to serve and model real faith in the midst of all traditions.

The Discovery Student Gap Year aims to:

• Equip young people for a life of service to God
• Encourage a deeper spiritual and Biblical understanding of life
• Give experience in and reflection on a variety of areas across church life
• Enable young people to discern God’s calling on their lives and use the gifts He has given them
