Summary
The Counselling Service Manager (part-time, 50%) will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational, financial, and clinical aspects of the new low cost counselling service being set up by CSR. This position combines service leadership with business acumen to ensure the delivery of high-quality counselling services while maintaining sustainable operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of supervisors, and counsellors. The Manager is responsible for ensuring BACP guidelines are met and leads the long-term growth of the service. The Manager must have at least a level 5 qualification in counselling and be a member of an appropriate professional body such as BACP.
