Musical Worship Leader

• Part-time or full-time, depending on gifts and experience.
• Package: £25-34k pro rata.

We are seeking a passionate and Spirit-led person to join us in making musical worship a dynamic and inspiring cornerstone of our ministry. This role is about more than leading songs – it’s about cultivating a worshipping culture that resonates across generations and connects with the everyday lives of those in our community.

The role is for 19 hours per week; however we will also consider a full-time appointment if they are able to fulfil another desired ministry role (for example: Discipleship Preaching, Pastoral, Administration, Communications). Our aim is to create a role around the person whom God sends us. The seniority of the appointment will depend on the experience of the person.

Holy Trinity Bembridge is a mid-sized, evangelical Anglican church set in the beautiful village of Bembridge on the stunning Isle of Wight.
