Ministry is a sacred vocation – but even the most devoted clergy can feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and spiritually depleted.

This one-hour seminar offers practical strategies and self-care insights to help clergy recognise the signs of burnout, restore balance, and reclaim joy in their calling. Through engaging discussion, real-life examples, and evidence-based tools, participants will explore how to set healthy boundaries, cultivate resilience, and reconnect with their purpose.

  • Wednesday 12th November
  • 2pm to 4pm
  • Peninsular House, Portsmouth

Whether you're a seasoned minister or just beginning your journey, this seminar provides a safe space to reflect, recharge, and renew your commitment to sustainable ministry. Join us and discover how to lead with vitality, serve with compassion, and thrive – not just survive – in your pastoral role.

The session is led by Rev Andrew Axon, Lead for Revitalise in the Diocese of Portsmouth and doctoral research student exploring ministry burnout at the University of Roehampton.

Limited to 25 spaces.
