Neil Smart is the Diocesan Lead for Revive, part of our Ministry and Discipleship Team. He has led in both multi- parish rural village ministry and a large urban city parish. He has always been passionate about developing disciples. In his spare time he can be found watching birds on Farlington marshes or his favourite team at Fratton Park.
