Emma Ellse is the Founder of AI Business Growth Academy and a specialist in helping organisations adopt AI in a practical, responsible, and human-centred way. She works with leaders and teams across the UK to build confidence, improve productivity, and navigate the opportunities and risks of AI. Emma is an ILM Level 7 Business Mentor and a Fellow of the Association of Business Mentors, with a background in higher education and professional training as well as an extensive career in Marketing. Her approach focuses on making AI clear, accessible, and genuinely useful in day-to-day work.
