Webinar: Introducing pastoral supervision
As we launch St Luke’s Advancing Clergy Reflection Programme (ACR) in Portsmouth we will be exploring pastoral supervision, which is a safe, facilitated work-focused space for clergy to reflect on their ministry, and has been defined as, “encouraging a conversation between soul, role and context”. Evidence shows this is a proactive and preventative measure supporting healthy ministry. This talk will look at how this fits with other 1:1 support approaches, what’s on offer to clergy in the Diocese and how to access this.
