The climate and nature crisis threatens all aspects of British life, from national security to the food supply. Despite the scale of the risks now facing the UK, there has been no comprehensive national emergency briefing delivered to the public by the Government.
In November 2025, a briefing was held at Westminster which involved ten of the UK’s leading experts on the implications of climate change and an audience of over 1,200 politicians and leaders from business, culture, faith, sport and the media.
The People’s Emergency Briefing presents a condensed version of what took place at that briefing, and presents a 50-minute documentary that brings scientific evidence to local communities surrounding the climate crisis which we face.
This screening will be followed by a facilitated discussion where we can discuss the film and explore what community-level solutions to the climate crisis could look like.
