John the Baptist

From a Cretan, Byzantine icon, it will have a fully gilded background. The icons will be painted in the traditional Byzantine style using egg tempera, 23.5 carat gold leaf and wooden panels. Drawings provided so don’t worry if you’re a beginner.

The courses are run at St. Peter’s Church, Soberton, Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. Each course costs £295 which includes all materials. To secure your place a £100 non-refundable deposit will be required with your booking. Cheques should be made payable to ‘St. Peter’s Church Soberton’. For BACS payment please contact Jackie.
