Training for Churchwardens from various diocesan departments and teams.
We will start at 6 pm with refreshments and a meet-and-greet with fellow churchwardens, our Diocesan team and registrar. The evenings should be finished by 9 pm.
There will be four sessions in each evening covering the legal framework, DAC, parish giving and safeguarding and each session will have time for questions and answers. We hope to be able to give you a broad overview and training on the function and responsibilities of your position as a churchwarden in the support you give towards the smooth running of your church.
