Diocesan Conference 2026
Planning is well under way for our next Diocesan Conference at High Leigh, Hertfordshire in from September 8-10, 2026.
We will meet together to focus on our vision and work as conference cairns across the time together. There is room for all clergy, with transport provided, so please make sure that these dates are in your diary.
Among those involved will be:
- Father James Mallon, author of the best-selling book Divine Renovation: From A Maintenance To A Missional Parish, an engaging guide for parishes seeking to cultivate vibrant and dynamic faith communities centred on missionary discipleship. It's the book we are encouraging our Cairns to study as they meet together regularly. He is also pastor of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
- Comedian Neil Mullarkey, who is a founder member of The Comedy Store Players, and still appears with them regularly at London's Comedy Store. He is offering us a vision of how to teach our congregations more effectively by honing our improvisation skills. Details here.
