Conferences
Each year, the dioceses of Guildford, Portsmouth, Chichester, and Winchester hold a joint conference on creation care and decarbonisation. The conferences bring together parishes, church leaders, and experts to share learning, hear inspiring case studies, and strengthen the network of churches working together to care for God’s creation.
NZC27 – Hope for All Creation
In 2027 we are hosting the conference in two locations, on two separate dates, with some crossover content and some unique to each location. Click the links below for details of each conference and to book:
- NZC27 Conference 1 – Saturday 16th January, St Andrew’s Church, Burgess Hill
- NZC27 Conference 2 – Saturday 13th February, Christ Church, Winchester

NZC26 – Hope for a cherished and thriving earth
January 17th, St John’s Stoke Church, Guildford
Over 150 delegates from parishes across the four dioceses gathered for a day designed to raise hope and strengthen collaboration. Delegates heard from churches striving towards net zero, received practical guidance on securing grant funding, and were addressed by a group of young Christians who spoke movingly about why creation care is central to their faith.
