St James is a friendly Christian community, with a traditional small village church building, belonging to the Church of England in the Portsmouth Diocese.

On most Sundays our main service starts at 11.15am and alternates between a Holy Communion service and a non-Communion service. The is an 8am Book of Common Prayer Holy Communion Service on the 4th Sunday of each month. In August we alternate service with St James Clanfield at 10am - see our service details for more information.

The parish of Clanfield: St James is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs.     Our Midweek Communion Service is held on Thursday at 11.15am. This traditional, contemplative service affords the opportunity for quiet reflection and prayer.

    Craft, Food and a Celebration Service for all the family - and all ages.

    Every 2nd Saturday at 3:30 p.m. for 120 minutes
