Global Neighbours
Many schools in Winchester and Portsmouth Dioceses have registered for the Christian Aid Global Neighbours Award. This is one of many ways to celebrate good global learning in your school and you can find out more on the Christian Aid Global Neighbours website. In Winchester Diocese, Breamore CE Primary School was the first of our schools to gain the bronze award and St Luke’s CE Primary School in Sway was the second school in the country to gain the gold award!
The Diocese offers regular workshops on Global Citizenship, or bespoke staff meetings to help you embed global learning in the curriculum. Please get in touch if you would like more information or for advice on applying for the Global Neighbours Award.
