St Olave, PO30 3EJ
Just outside the town of Newport, St Olave's is a beautiful little village church. Many people visit us following the ficticious tale of Lucy Lightfoot, a tall tale devised by the then Rector, Rev James Evans, to entertain the tourists. But no matter what some people may claim, neither hers nor any ghost can be seen to haunt the churchyard - the church is simply a place of worship and peace!
This is a service for the whole family, with a child-friendly talk and less formal feel.
Our Communion service is open to anyone who wishes to join us, and follows the traditional service.
Said Evensong with Hymns
A quiet space, for prayer for the church and the congregation.
